On Time Delivery specializes in creating routed delivery structures that are formed around the needs of the shipper and the customer. We evaluate your delivery needs and create routing that delivers to each of your customers at a frequency and time that best suits your requirements.

One of our major shippers requires that each customer receive a parcel delivery once every 2 weeks. For this shipper we divided each of our terminal delivery areas into 10 Delivery Zones, each of which is serviced once every 10 days.

Another shipper requires parcel delivery to each customer on a weekly basis. For this shipper the terminal delivery areas are divided into 5 Delivery Zones, with service to each Zone once a week.

A third shipper needs pallet deliveries to their customers from 2 to 5 times per week, depending on delivery volume. For this shipper we set up core routes that are run on a daily or bi-weekly basis, augmented by add-on routes that change on a daily basis driven by volume.

In each of these cases, we worked with the shipper to determine the best delivery answer for the   shipper’s needs - this is what we mean when we say that “We deliver for YOU”.

Our terminals all have conveyor systems that allow us to accept and sort loose loaded freight and loading docks that permit dock to dock handling of pallet loaded freight.
